We have developed our management strategy with the risks of construction in mind. We take proactive actions (lookahead schedules, technical workshops, etc.) to minimize the Project’s risks thus avoiding unforeseeable events.
Contracts can form the highest risk on a Project. That’s why we comprehensively focus on reviewing all Contract’s Clauses prior to signing, and we manage them throughout the project’s timeline to maximize profit and avoid disputes or breaches.
Our management is based on full-time presence on site, with a team depending on the Project’s size and scope. We follow up on all details, drawings, inspections, submittals, quality, safety, costing and timely execution.

We provide cost management services including budget generation and review, cost assessment and projections, and suggest corrective actions and solutions for higher profitability and long term sustainability.
For Contractors and packages management, we generate fully detailed and resource loaded schedules for project execution and submission to Client/Engineer. We will also provide updates & revisions when needed throughout the execution time.
Our team is capable of providing site supervision services for all trades and engineering fields to assure adherence to Project’s requirements including but not limited to: Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Interior etc.
We can provide our clients with site inspections and submittals assessment to ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, drawings, mockups while enforcing the required Safety procedures and guidelines.
Contractors and Clients with subcontractors can be assured that we will provide full support and assistance with legal correspondences and contractual claims in order to avoid disputes, work stoppage or profit loss.
We generate a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Developers, Architects, Engineers and Contractors, thus ensuring a realistic and accurate budget especially for Lump Sum Contract, while providing a detailed review of the drawings.
Our Tender Package services also include generating a Specifications booklet customized to the Project’s design and needs, and as per the Architect’s requirements/selection. We can also generate a specified BOQ for small projects.
